The cars are diesel-powered and can be driven with a Class B driver’s license.

Depending on the package, the rental fee includes a certain number of free kilometers; any additional kilometers are charged at 80 HUF + VAT.

Deposit: 200,000 HUF.

Campervan: 400,000 HUF.

The security deposit paid upon renting the vehicle is intended to cover any damage, vandalism, or costs resulting from improper use incurred during the rental period. The renter is liable for these costs up to the amount of the security deposit.

Damage resulting from any break-in of the vehicle will be charged to the renter up to the amount of the security deposit.

Smoking in the car will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit!

Furthermore, it is prohibited to:

  • renting or lending to others, or allowing a person not listed in the rental agreement to drive

  • using the vehicle for purposes other than its intended use, e.g., transporting live animals, engaging in prostitution, transporting migrants, weapons, or mind-altering substances,

  • ∙use the vehicle to tow another vehicle,

  • using the vehicle if the coolant has frozen or the engine oil has leaked,

  • to drive under the influence of alcohol, medication, or drugs, or to allow a person under such influence

to allow such a person to drive,

taking the vehicle abroad without permission.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit!

The renter is obligated to pay the full amount of damages—up to the value of the vehicle—if:

  • they violate the general rental terms

  • operates the vehicle negligently or improperly, or overloads it,

  • parts, accessories, or equipment are missing,

  • the vehicle was stored negligently or left unattended,

  • did not use the vehicle in accordance with traffic regulations,

  • for any damage that occurs if the vehicle was left unattended and unlocked or parked in violation of regulations,

  • he disregarded the height restriction on that section of road,

  • you left the car keys or registration certificate in the vehicle,

In the event of an accident:

The renter is required in all cases to request police intervention, whether the accident resulted in personal injury or property damage, and to initiate the necessary proceedings. The renter is required to provide the lessor with a copy of the police report. In the event of an accident, the renter is also required to act with due care and do everything possible to clarify the matter. In the event of an accident, the lessor must be notified immediately.

In the event of a mechanical failure:

In the event of a technical malfunction, the renter is obligated to contact the lessor at any time of day using the provided phone numbers to request assistance. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, the lessor shall not be held liable for any failed transportation or travel.

The rental period of the vehicle: from the time of pickup until the vehicle is returned (to the location specified in the contract), regardless of its use.

Costs, fines

  • During the rental period, the renter is obligated to bear all costs related to the use of the vehicle (including any traffic fines or other similar costs), even after the termination of the legal relationship. If the lessor is required to pay any such surcharges, penalties, or fines, the lessor is liable, the lessor shall be entitled to claim these amounts and related incidental costs from the lessee as compensation.

5.6. Repairs and Replacement

  • The lessee is responsible for the condition of the car and all its equipment and accessories.

  • Any modification to the car, or the removal or replacement of any of its parts, is prohibited!

  • In the event of a breakdown, the car may only be repaired with the lessor’s express permission.

  • The lessor is obligated to refund the full cleaning fee if the lessee returns the car in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup.

The following also result in partial forfeiture of the security deposit:

If the vehicle is not returned clean and tidy, the cleaning fee will be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the degree of cleanliness.

Cleaning Deposit (fee: 40,000 HUF)

The renter is required to fill the vehicle with the correct fuel. The renter is liable for any damages resulting from filling the vehicle with the wrong fuel (e.g., fuel replacement, repairs, etc.). The vehicle is handed over with a full tank, and we ask that it be returned with a full tank (including AdBlue).

The daily rate includes:

  • mandatory insurance

  • weight tax

  • repair costs resulting from normal use

  • Hungarian highway tolls

The daily rate does not include:

  • fuel service,

  • repair costs resulting from improper use,

  • missing accessories: vehicles are handed over with the mandatory accessories required by the Highway Code, which the renter is obligated to keep in full (based on the inventory)

  • Tire repair: In the event of tire damage or the tire becoming unusable, the cost of repair and replacement shall be borne by the renter,

  • glass damage,

  • foreign highway tolls, other road usage fees, and parking fees,

  • In the event of the loss of technical accessories or add-ons, the renter is obligated to reimburse the full amount.

7. Claims, Complaint Handling, and Compensation,

7.1. The User may submit complaints regarding the service, reservation, or payment via the following

7.2. The Service Provider will investigate the complaint within a maximum of 30 days from receipt and respond in writing.

7.3. In the event of a complaint related to payment with a K&H SZÉP card, the cardholder is entitled to submit the complaint to the Service Provider, or—in accordance with banking procedures—to report it to the issuing bank as well.

7.4. Method and conditions of compensation:

  • If, based on the investigation of the complaint, a refund or payment adjustment is warranted on the part of the Service Provider, the Service Provider shall make the refund using the same payment method as the original transaction or in a manner agreed upon by the parties, subject to the settlement rules of the bank or payment service provider.

  • Refund deadline: 30 days after the valid claim is established.

Additional terms:

A deposit of 20% of the total rental fee must be paid at the time of booking, while the remaining 80% must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the rental period.

If the tenant cancels the reservation more than thirty days before the start of the rental period, we will refund 50% of the amount paid, and the remaining 50% will be provided in the form of a voucher, which can be used within one year from the date of cancellation. If the cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund 50% of the amount paid; and no credit will be issued for the remaining 50%. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to the start date of the rental period, the renter is not entitled to a refund. For reservations, if the 20% deposit is not paid within two days, we will automatically cancel the reservation!

In the event of a late return, we will charge an additional day’s rental fee for every 12 hours or part thereof.

Documents required for rental:

  • The renter (an individual) and one passenger must provide their ID card, residence card, or passport, as well as a driver’s license issued at least two years ago.

  • The ID cards, driver’s licenses, and proof of address for the individuals driving the motorhome.

For companies: a certificate of incorporation not older than 30 days, specimen signatures of the person(s) authorized to sign on behalf of the company, and two utility bills in the name of the person(s) authorized to sign, showing their permanent address.
